Jonathan Hudson

Principal Solicitor and Director

Following a successful career in financial services, Jonathan Hudson attended the College of Law in London and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. He worked for a large regional firm, Coffin Mew LLP, in Fareham before establishing Hudsons Solicitors in 2011.

Jonathan is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section, and the Hampshire Law Society. Outside work, Jonathan enjoys sailing boats, in particular cruising the South Coast, Channel Islands and the Baltic.

After university, Mary enjoyed a successful career as a mortgage broker. Mary decided to retrain and began her career in the law in 2009, running her studies alongside her role as a conveyancer.  She worked in conveyancing for 5 years and joined her brother at Hudsons Solicitors in 2014, where she now deals with wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate matters. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, and her dog. She also enjoys going to the gym, surfing and yoga.

Roger Hancock

Roger qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and has a wealth of experience in private client law. Roger is a former member of STEP, (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), and provides advice to clients of Hudsons Solicitors on a consultancy basis. Roger enjoys photography and military history.

Sarah Targett

Sarah has worked for many years in Lymington, undertaking a broad range of private client matters with a particular interest in elder clients and mental capacity issues.

Sarah is a Consultant with Hudsons; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and Commissioner for Oaths, a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is studying for a masters degree in Mental Health Law.

In an ideal world, there would be more time for sailing and warm water scuba diving. Wing walking is top of the list for 2018. Appointments at Lymington (client parking available) or Fareham.
